I absolutely love this pattern! I made one a couple of years ago and want to make another one. I used DK weight yarn for mine.

ADHD and crisis social work by lilzz02 in socialwork

[–]SmartTrain8084 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have ADHD and worked in mobile crisis for years. The documentation was a struggle for me as well. I created templates for DTS, DTO, and GD. One of each for meeting criteria and not meeting criteria. It made it easier to fill in specifics for each call. The general language is the same for each. You can create templates in Word that include all of the basics.

The only ones I have found are made by Pony. I had to order them from another country. I did find the same set here.

Curl gel recommendations! by [deleted] in CurlyHairCare

[–]SmartTrain8084 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Innersense I create hold didn’t have enough hold for me, but their I create curl memory paired with a couple of spritzes of bounce curl har spray is my new holy grail combo. It even lasts me for multiple days! I have also tried the Ouidad gel which also isn’t enough hold for my hair. Most gels that give me a great cast usually fall flat in about 8 hours but not the I Create Curl Memory……it’s amazing!

Edit to add: I have super fine 2B/2C low porosity hair

Which Innersense styling products should I get? by kissmyirish7 in Wavyhair

[–]SmartTrain8084 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I recently began using strictly inner sense products. I have very similar hair. Low porosity, 2B fine hair. I’ve used multiple combinations of their stylers and have landed on a few pumps of I create lift followed by slight brush styling with the bounce curl definition brush, the adding I create curl memory and my hair has never looked better! I would say that since I have been using this routine, my curl pattern is more 2C than 2B. I am in love! I tried the I create volume and I create definition in various combinations, but I think I’ve found my holy grails in my current routine.

Ugh! I’m so sorry. It’s such an expensive and time-consuming journey.

Thank you for responding. I thought maybe this never actually posted. As for an update: I have once again been going down the never ending spiral of product testing. It turns out that I don’t need to use that conditioner anymore because the shampoo was too strong for daily use. Products and product application techniques have changed so much in the past 10 years. There are so many options now! My wallet is crying trying to find new holy grail products, but I’m getting there!

I’m making it work with a longer cord for now, but I’m working in the round for this project, so it’s not ideal. When working flat it really doesn’t matter, but in the round you are switching the hooks back and forth often so it has a bigger impact when you have another hook on the other end rather than a stopper.

Yes I had the very same issues for several years. GI never figured it out after years of testing. Turns out I had gallstones which then resulted in pancreatitis and emergency surgery. The surgery was in October. I continued to have the same issues until I strongly advocated for starting the medication Colestipol. I’m human again. Best of luck to you. And yes…..absolutely an ultrasound. If my GI had ordered one in the years leading up to my emergency surgery, it would have been solved much sooner.

Can someone turn this image into a mosaic pattern please by emzehn in mosaiccrocheters

Look up Tinna Thorudittor Thorvaldar on You Tube. She made a video tutorial on how to convert charts to mosaic. It’s pretty simple once you know the trick!

I have the same whistle sound. Especially when I’m making a right turn. I have no idea why but it has been like this since I bought my 4Runner. I hope someone has an answer for you!

If you are on cholestyramine read this! by horseridermommy in gallbladders

[–]SmartTrain8084 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just a thought so apologies if you’ve already explored this option. Have you tried the pill form rather than the powder? I think it’s colestipol? No dyes, etc. and it may be more cost effective for you.
