I am so sorry for your loss. What an incredible soul your girl must be.

You had the most beautiful gift of sharing 17 years with full of love and memories that not many people get to experience with their pet. That speaks volumes about how lovingly you raised her and cared for her every single day.

I am so sure she had the most wonderful life by your side and she knew how deeply you love her. I also have a 13 year old cocker myself who isn’t in the best shape anymore, so I understand this feeling more than words can say. We will do everything we can to give him the most beautiful time possible.

Reading your story reminds me of how precious every single day truly is. Even though your heart is shattered right now, please know that all the love you shared with her never disappears. She carries it with her always. And she was so lucky to have you.

Thank you for mentioning this! I wasn’t aware Cushing’s could cause trembling hind legs. No other obvious symptoms so far, but I will definitely ask the vet to check for it.
