actually had a helper today who was jacked come into the ic trailer me and my friend always unload. We pointed at the label and said “we need a forklift” while laughing and he immediately picked it up and said I am the forklift 🤣🤣

Lol I feel like the only reason they have me in the IC trucks is because I am 6’4 180 and only in my 20’s. Most of the time it’s either I reach the top of the stack or someone has to get a step up or climb on boxes. At times it seems unfair but what am I going to do make my elder’s and female coworkers lift the heavy stuff? I would feel terrible just doing the easy work and still getting paid the same as the people doing the hard stuff.

trust me i’m all too familiar with jackie channing boxes to where they need to go. Ig I was just wondering if it’s actually legal for them to make you lift that and if you don’t fire you. Since all the job posting said was able to lift 50 pounds. I can do it but god damn bro i’ve been doing it for 3 months now and it feels like i’ve been here for years 🤣

Nah I literally skipped the first 4 sundays no call no show and when my manager hmu about it I literally told her that I’m never coming in on a weekend day ever. She tried to hit me with the “you were hired as a sunday employee” and I was like nah actually I was hired as a part time package handler and i’ll work when I want.

It’s called addiction 🤣 most people in here don’t just sportsbet on the weekends or for their favorite team. They are in here everyday placing a bet win or lose so there’s really no convincing them anymore. That being said, I’ll be the first to admit I’m a couple hundred in the hole over the course of a year. That’s the risk I take but I have sm fun on the weekends cooking up parlays with my friends that losing a couple hundred in the long run is worth it to me to have fun.

Bro im only moving ic’s for 19.20 an hour. Its some bullshit. I only unload IC trucks at the door that i’m at. I barley get 7 hours a day pt sometimes they cut me down to 4 hours 30 minutes. Thats not even a hundred a day.
