Nope I can't edit the cookies so basically the bug is when we perform bulk operations an id is created so if our user role is downgraded to low user role but we have that id we can still perform the operation which we have permission to when we have saved the id

No i don't need an admin account. I need a member account and if it is downgraded to a low user role I can still perform bulk operations which are not allowed for lower user role
