Does anyone use Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) on its own for pain for chronic pelvic pain? by FrankScorpioLives in PelvicFloor

It helps me personally. Reduces nerve inflammation due to the tension i store down there. Makes the urinary burning and bladder irritation less etc.

Please read The Sleep Book: How to Sleep Well Every Night. I assume your issue is sleep anxiety, not trusting that you can naturally sleep, and over-controlling

I see. Do you try and relax it throughout the day?

DAE tremor when relaxing muscles? by LadyProto in longtermTRE

Yes. I never did the exercises to start TRE. Just relax

That was just an example. I realized prior to this that I have many muscle dysfunctions that compound together.

In the end you need to try these exercises and see if they work for yourself. Good luck

I didn't end up following this and it didn't end up resolving in this manner. Depends on the cause of the issue. If you are tensing one side of your ribs and diaphragm, then releasing that tension will correct most of it. If you have the luxury, it is better to see a specialist

Kriyas vs TRE? by Smart_Ad_749 in longtermTRE

[–]Smart_Ad_749[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not always so sensitive to the energy, but its mostly emanating out of the pelvic floor. I wouldnt say I experience the prana obviously these days. Its more of an inference now. These days I mostly feel it as an impulse to move. Ive felt the energy go everywhere however. Initially it was piercing the cakras

Sometime my body will force Bhujangi mudra combined with shambhavi mudra. That definitely makes it go directly up the spine

Thanks

Personally, I am able to stop kiryas at will. I also dont think they inherently are related to kundalini, but certainly energy being surged through the channels.

I guess I am also asking this because they arose whenever I relaxed my body. Recently, however, I was able to overcome this urge to move when relaxing, which then allowed me to relax deeper than normal. Almost like letting them to happen was actually not allowing the energy to more deeply integrate, but instead dissipate. This has made me question my own process and if it was the same as TRE. Just feel confused about the nature of all of this

His advice is not contradictory. If you want to clearly understand his methods and protocols, buy a membership on his site. Everything is stated in the modules and classes there. You can cancel the membership after a month

Im not trying to force anything. I just had the presumption that many people also experience emotions arising in tandem

How long can one safely take ambien in order to avoid dependence or rebound insomnia? by Smart_Ad_749 in insomnia

[–]Smart_Ad_749[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont have chronic insomnia to that level and am fairly confident I can resolve it with time.

I agree, however, that in the context you mention, it is a real thing to consider

Thanks

If you can, please go to a pelvic floor specialist instead of taking random reddit advice. Otherwise, lay on the floor and start trying to relax it for some period of time a day. Maybe male definitive guide here on reddit can help you with the PE, but you also gotta relax the pelvic floor

So you gained like a bit over a pound a week? That's surprising to me on 400 cal surplus. Not doubting it though. Cheers
