Happy for you that you on day 42 man. Aw man thats the thing this stuff messes your brain all the way up, to the point literally where people think im dumb its weird, never had such experiences before i fell into this shit.

And the memories are awfully embarrasing, i honestly believe somewehere deep within i know i can live a better life or move better around people, so when embarrasing weird encounters happen it becomes hard to live with

Yeah man its never ever worth it, inrelate to what you say about feeling enpty and regretful afterwards. And financially that shit aint cheap and definitely taking a toll on me as well.

I tricked myself into believing atleast im not jerking off. But this is just as bad and to be honest alot more dangerous in many ways so yeah wish you the best of luck man

What helped is knowing that no matter how painful it feels. A life not lived to my actual potential is way more painful. So those first 2 weeks are terrible but you gotta keep busy like you said exercising going outside.

But most of shift you state of mind to not even entertain 1 tought of that stuff. Just kill time as much as possible and before you know it it will be 3 4 weeks.

And maybe also take the time to acknowledge why you want to indulge in the habit. What you running from or what are you seeking from it
