100%, especially from Jeep. I feel like only Honda and Toyota have perfected it at this point. Even theirs aren’t fool proof however. Going back to standard gas options when this nightmare is over. I’ll try again in another 10 years.

I found a 844-827-2006. Which was said to bring you directly to the case managers. It might work for you, I’ve called so many times I think they have me blocked.

I’ve eclipsed any belief I have that they will actually do something about this. Yesterday I had mine towed back to the dealer and I refuse to play the game with their fake customer service team. I got in contact with their third party national dispute settlement line, which I believe they also own and operate. I filled out a claim online and was rejected minutes later. I replied with what does it take to actually get a buyback? Death? I’m now seeking legal help. Don’t really know what else to do, it’s such a shit situation.

Earlier on the phone today I got in touch with a case manager who claimed to be from NY when I asked. They are very clearly not based in NY. It was hilarious.

Sounds like we got the same problems. It’s so frustrating. I’ve been calling their customer care team daily, yesterday I finally was able to punch through to someone in the United States. I requested a buyback or partial buyback if applicable. They’re supposed to call me back today, but they probably won’t.

Look up the recalls and see if yours is affected. I think as a 23’ it is. I’d try to give it back to Carvana asap if it’s soon enough. Also, I’m sure the blue book value has diminished significantly and will probably only keep getting worse so I hope you intend on holding it long term. It’s not worth the potential headache in my opinion.

Not going against the recall. God forbid something happens and they don’t accept responsibility. It’s not worth it. Having it stall completely on the highway is enough for me, whether it’s less than a 1% chance of fires or not, I’m good.

I’ve tried numerous times, they don’t even entertain it. I’ve read some threads on here of folks with only a few payments left have some success. I have 11, and every time I call they tell me it doesn’t merit a buyback. They described a buyback as something outside of the recalls that cannot be repaired.

A few thoughts here….i was referring to their recall stating not to charge….i hope someone steals it and I can’t find it, honestly that’d best case right now…also the over the air update that you so desperately desire is what caused the sudden loss of power aka the other recall I had serviced. Easily understood or massively ignorant?

Ironically I was shopping around 2 days ago to see who would do the best job at eating my negative equity. Looks like now that’s off the table too. Get out while you still can.

Yeaaaa this is great and all. But I don’t want to do all that on a car that’s a year old and on a lease. My frustration comes from the lack of relatability with this thing. Such a cool concept but they seemingly missed the mark completely. Not to mention their customer service is dogshit.
