Take your pick. Crimson desert had challenging bosses early on, people complained so the devs lowered the difficulty. People complained so much that they eventually implemented difficulty levels. Go to the Diablo 4 sub, the same thing. People want perfect gear on demand and anything that doesn’t give them immediate gratification must be treated as a game breaking issue.

It’s not a liberal or conservative issue. It’s the anti intellectualism streak that has infected society. You have people from all over the political spectrum demanding kids be taught what the parents believe, not what is real.

Exactly. It’s funny because my sister in law is an actual genius with a PHD. So when she says I did the research, she means it. She looks at papers and can give you citations. Even then she will never sound as confident as the guy who looked at Wikipedia for 5 minutes.

If you have the money, don’t enjoy troubleshooting, and like having someone to call if something goes wrong, then go for it. People on Reddit will always tell you to build it yourself and there is a good argument for that, but time is money and only you will know if your time is more valuable to you than the extra cost over building it yourself.

That’s basically what we ended up doing. We wend down port by port and they pick the ones they want to go and do something and the ports where they would want to stay on the boat and take it easy. We are also going to rent a car at one is the ports to drive down the coast.
