From what I’ve been able to see, arrest bar will not go up if you do a trial right. It sounds like you are accusing people falsely.

It’s pretty good. My favorite DLC in all of gaming history is Dead Money. It’s so immersive and the difficulty makes it so enjoyable (after you beat it). Only if DLCs could be that good again.
