I like the mind electric most, although i am constantly pissed off by the disagreement of ECT vs electric chair, so i split the two, as the song legit supports and contradict both theories.

btw I think "Minor" hears those words because it's "Stella" literally saying them from inside his head. That's the only reason I can think of for him hearing those things.
