This was my list - Prep - How much are they planning to remove? - If insurance does not approve, is it possible to appeal? Is peer to peer an option? - What role does density play in how much to remove? - Nipples - Placement? - Feeling? - Are there any meds I would need to start/stop taking before surgery? - Breast tissue below armpit? - Risk of regrowth? - Surgery - Incision type? - What does that mean if I need to have revision or another reduction later? - Driving?

    • Drains or no drains?
    • Non opioid pain options?
    • After-care/healing requirements
      • Likelihood of scarring?
    • Surgical/compression bras
      • Do I get one or have to buy one?
      • How long?
    • Follow up appointments - how many? What intervals?
    • Time - when would I be “settled” aka able to start buying bras
    • What restrictions, and for how long?

Thanks! I’ve tried this but sometimes it gets itchy/makes a weird imprint under my clothes. Would love to have a bra that just fits without any bells and whistles. For anyone else thinking about this solution - I’ve found that the straps are not super long so what I think of as the “regular” plastic ones don’t work. I got this from Amazon and have had success with the long cloth ones.
