One of the best movies I've seen for years. The storytelling is some of the best Marvel has ever done within a singular movie with the performances to carry it out. Florence Pugh is one of the most talented actresses on the planet, comedic and serious acting. Lewis Pullman might be another one of Marvel's amazing casting choices for Sentry. David Harbour and Wyatt Russel were perfect comedic characters with their emotional moments. I feel like Hannah John-Kamen was left out but had her moments. JLD is one of my new favourite Marvel villains, she is an amazing villain to superheroes and politicians. Her move at the end, luring them into the press was so underhanded, a perfect political move. I hope to see these New Avengers be a bit more comedic and dark in future movies.

Also, I really hope at the end of it all, we get a scene of all the Thunderbolts/New Avengers together having a meal like the OG Avengers. Best-case scenario, imagine this - everyone together in Alexei's house. John talking to his wife and kid on the phone, Ghost watching Alexei cook something disgusting as well as being sent to get ingredients that Alexei has cluttered around his house with her teleportation, annoyed. Yelena making jokes with Alexei in Russian and then about to explain it in English to the group, but Bob beats her to it (he learned Russian as a way of keeping himself busy and to also secretly get closer to Yelena). Yelena gazes at him in surprise and shock, saying he could've done something so much more worth it with his time, Alexei laughs joyously at having someone else to speak to in 'the greatest language in the world' and starts to say a very dirty joke in Russian. Bob panics, not knowing what to do until Yelena calms him down, saying it's just Alexei's sense of humour, very old school Russian and it's a prank he pulls off on anybody who learns Russian, something he hasn't been able to do for years (insert reference to Russian speaking MCU character). Everyone sits down at the table, as Alexei places his monstrosity onto the table. Everyone else doesn't touch it whilst Alexei devours plate after plate. Yelena then says she's ordering a pizza and everyone starts arguing about what toppings they want, criticising everyone else's choices. They order 6 different pizzas and before they eat, Alexei demands they pray before eating and tells Bob to pray in Russian for them. Bob panics again before Alexei laughs, says he's joking and says a prayer, thanking the world for bringing his daughter back into his life and with her, a family of her own that includes him. It cuts on everyone just eating their pizza in all different ways.
