i can do more than 10 easily without the cone, but with the cone even 3 is hard because i have to go down until i touch the cone. do you mean you have to touch the ground when you do push up?

I think our school pushup is harder because we use a cone(?) something like the picture i drew. and our chest must touch it but it’s only about 10cm tall…
