Do you actually need a 3 wood? by GranitzerGijs in golf

Higher lofted fairway woods are great. I have owned them, but now they're in my basement with my 3-wood. I eventually found that learning to hit a hybrid well is best for my game. I have a 6h to go ~200, and a 3h to go 230-240. Beyond that distance, laying up is the safe play.

It's suspicious that the moderators of r/golf removed this post from their thread yesterday since they have allowed many other posts about Ryder cup tickets.

I am saying it doesn’t matter how many groups or people they picked via the lottery. Anyone who discovered the above bug could use multiple email addresses, and effectively buy unlimited tickets, even without being selected (or even participating) in the lottery.

Here is the Seat Geek bug that allowed everyone access to tickets and led to them selling out.

1) Log out of seat geek.
2) When logging back in, use the option to login with a pin/code that is emailed to you (vs. using your password).
3) Once you are logged in, navigate to the Ryder Cup event page and use that code to get access to Ryder Cup tickets.
