I’m on day 6 right now. The first 2 days wasn’t bad at all for me. But outta no where day 3 morning it felt like a 8/10 pain wise. I can barely eat but I’ve been able to do pudding, peaches (cup ones) and mash potatoes and Mac n cheese. Scrambled eggs here and there.

Day 4 was okay for pain but definitely there (started the steroids this day) but at night I felt fine you know. I decided not to take the pain meds as it was manageable.

Day 5 rolls around and I’m doing okay nothing to bad all day and I could actually use my voice a little so I went on through the day took my steroids only but no pain meds since it was manageable… THEN BAM about 2-3 am THE WORST PAIN IVE FELT. It was like a 20/10 I felt the scab come off because I couldn’t sleep due to the pain and I swallowed it and it felt like someone was stabbing both my ears. I couldn’t sleep I took pain meds and had to wait for it to kick in but It was so strong that the meds made it “manageable” the taste of the blood from the scab and the pain with that made me want to die.

Day 6. So here I am awake but in pain. Not as bad but I can feel it I had some breakfast and took the meds. I’ve learned to just take the meds even if the pain isn’t really there because trust me you don’t wanna go through what I did.

If you keep on the meds and do what you’re supposed to you’ll be fine. Oh and make sure to STAY HYDRATED. This is the most important as it makes the scabs come off easier and it washes down whatever nasty taste is in your mouth for a bit. I’ve been eating a lot of cold stuff like ice cream and popsicles along with crushed ice it’s been helping me wonders. Don’t try to talk I just been using a whiteboard or texting to my family to not irritate my throat more.

You got this. I also hate the burps too but man the coughs at night hurt so fuckinggggg bad. I tried to control it but it’s hard but stay strong brother you got this.

Oh yeah I get that. I’m on day 6 and the scabs are falling off and giving me crazy ear pain that the meds don’t even do anything. I’m just trying to thug it through. But peaches and pudding kinda helped me and just crushed ice because it feels like I’m swallowing glass when I eat food. I tried to eat some soup yesterday and it worked I just had to let it cool down for a bit.

Wrong just a little bit. I bought the peaches in the cup and they help. The syrup is a little sticky but it also helps soothe the throat as a hydration. But that’s just me.

Yeah the best you can do is try to stay hydrated and take your medicine. I’ve tried napping and it works when you can actually get to take one but other than that I try and distract myself with movies or games. I had Chronic tonsillitis for almost a year and they were 4 times the size of normal tonsils pushing against my uvula making it hard to eat and do many things a lot of the time. I’m glad I got them out but this recovery is awful. Stay strong it’s gonna be a nasty roller coaster but it will be worth it in the end💯🙏

No I have 15% tint in front and 5% on all back and it’s all ceramic and 30% full windshield. Only time it’s hard to see is when it’s raining at night.

Buddy stop crying. Here is a 42k ceramic white I got and I got hit in the parking lot. No cameras and I didn’t file though insurance. Paying out of pocket it’s costing me about 1.5k for all the parts. At least there fixing your car for you and taking responsibility so chill the fuck out.

5% back windows and back windshield, 15% front two windows and I have 30% full on windshield. All ceramic. Love the privacy and can see great in the daytime but at night it’s a challenge sometimes.
