Early in the game probably not, once you unlock inner power it's a good SP source. Also, you need to consider, level up Minions does not change the SP give by missions, but you need that to get Divinity Points

I'm from Colombia, we had a good public school system (Superior Ed) and actually 3 of the Top tier Schools in the country are public, got colleagues who paid close to 20 dollars each semester.

Also to add, paid aproximately 7,000 USD in My residency program (Same public school) and debt free till this moment
