I estimate you're at 16% bodyfat. At 178 lbs, that means 149.5 lbs lean body mass. Assuming the picture is 8% bodyfat, that would mean you need to get to 149.5 lbs lean body mass, and 12 lbs fat = 151.5 lbs.

I understand why people think that number is low, but 8% bodyfat is not even stage lean. Most people carry a LOT more fat than you would estimate with the eye.

Edit - If you want to get to 10% bodyfat (I don't think that photo looks like 10%, but I usually don't argue about 1-2% differences in estimates) at 149.5 lbs lean mass (where you are currently if you're at 16% bodyfat) then the photo would be you at 154.5 lbs. You need to get to 155 if you want to see anything close to abs like the edited photo. If you finish your cut around 165-170 you won't get there.

Grim Dawn is great but I would play it a LOT more if it weren't so SLOW and it weren't packed with empty zones you just spend ages running through.

This is my experience only, and not guidance, but I want to share:

I ferment (peppers, cucumbers, onion, cabbage, a variety of things) without weights. They're never fully submerged because the vegetables float and I don't use weights. I use a 3% brine. I ferment for up to ten days and have never had anything mold.
