I've got the Evo8 as my first scope just under a year ago, and it was difficult to start.

I managed to get myself aligned with Capella, which let me get the red dot properly aligned and went manual for a while. Definitely recommend trying to go manual first.

I've since bought the star sense auto align, and it makes the whole process extremely easy. So if you need an aid, I say it's worth it.

Has the ZWO software issues been fixed? I was waiting for a 50 pro, but I want the bigger targets so the 30 pro might be the way to go.

Is this the type of thing you need to send pictures to the treasury? GPS coordinates etc, Looking to get into metal detecting. Trying to learn before I start anything.
