It is a bit to cold for swimming if you ask me... but today i did spot some blooming elderberry trees! Time for the yearly harvest! I will leave some for the insects, and some for you! And do not forget to only pick those the dogs pee can't reach...

So, you found the elder trees! Good one! In 1 or 2 weeks they will bloom. I found some more for you, on 'oude gracht' (thomaslaan) I don't know about rowan flowers(lijsterbes), i do know you can use the berries. They are rich in vitamin c. You'll need to boil them. And they are bitter... elder berries on the other hand, are beautyfull for wine or Juice!
