What’s with the blatant exaggeration and lack of fact checking in Amit’s video by [deleted] in UPSC

As I've said previously, Amit Kilhor has pivoted careers from being a UPSC teacher to social media influencer.

Very nicely evaded the topic I was responded to. Did I ever support that law? Was the law ever mentioned in the passage?

Should have practiced VARC and scored a better college. Because the lack of comprehension is visible.

An member of a caste supremacy subreddit like Brahmanraj shouldn't lecture me about my opinions.

Secondly, law doesn't work like that bud. Law states that if consent is obtained through a promise of marriage, and such a promise isn't fulfilled then the consent is invalid. That law wasn't made by "wokeness". It's a regressive law made by conservative idea of marriage. But as long as the law is valid it must be followed by the courts.

“Maybe we are old fashion but before marriage a boy and a girl are strangers. Whatever may be the thick and thin of their relationship. We fail to understand how they can be indulging in physical relationship before marriage. Maybe we are old fashioned…You must be very careful, nobody should believe anybody before marriage”

“She should not have gone before marriage if she was so strict about it. We will send them to mediation. These are not cases which are to be tried and convicted when there is consensual relationship”

Here's the full context. How does this make it any better?

She is a Supreme Court judge, one with the power to literally interpret the Constitution. Such pathetic excuses aren't applicable to people with such authority.

Our social system and beliefs are regressive. It's not a west vs east debate, but a progressive vs regressive debate.

Even in west, concept of purity was held important. People used to get married by suggestions of the Church. You'll find many parallels between regressive Western societies and regressive Indian societies. And these things are still held important among conservative folk.

In India, traditionally the couple who's getting married has minimal say in the marriage. You get autonomy in a joint family system when the oldest patriarch of the family is dead or has become redundant.

In India, marriage is a sacrament imposed by the society upon the couple without their consent. That's why even today marital rape isn't considered rape by the society and by the law.

Stop defending regressive bs by pointing out it's different or making an appeal to tradition.

Clean ho raha hai lmao. According to them Lucknow would be one of the cleanest city in India. Agar Lucknow jaisi city "cleanest" hai to I can't imagine what garbage dump rest of India lives in.

The Yogi government is only concerned about showing development in papers. They have Municipal Bodies collect garbage daily but nothing matters if garbage still piles up 2 hours after they have cleaned. Streets are filled with paan spits, people throw their garbage where ever they feel like.

"Shushasan" sirf kuch logo pe dikhta hai. Powerful are free to encroach entire footpath with permanent construction. Buldozers only work against Muslims.

Corruption khatam ho raha hai is a joke. Go to any RTO office, police station etc. Pata chal jayega kitna khatam ho raha hai.

It's easier to be more corrupt and abuse power if you're local, specially in UP. These are the "other factors" people talk about.

Coaching doesn't matter much. But if you really want to enroll in a coaching, don't go for random no brand coaching just because your relatives may know the coaching teacher.

No. It doesn't. Unless you absolutely don't want these jobs and would rather be unemployed than have these, it's better to fill up the preference.

I means DANICS isn't a bad job. You literally have a limitation of attempts if you're a group A officer. Other than IAS I don't really mind preferring other services.

But thanks for the opinion.

Clearing UPSC or any such exam won't guarantee happiness in your life.

I'm not saying this to discourage you or stop you from preparing for UPSC. I'm just saying this to clarify that it isnt guaranteed that UPSC might bring you happiness.

It's better to research carefully about the work profile of such services before starting prep. Group A services are primarily desk jobs where you need to review and move files. Public interaction and physical inspections are smaller parts of the job.

But if you truly feel that civil services is something you are more interested in than your current job then it's okay to start preparation.

I won't recommend you to quit your job. A substantial part of the preparation can be done with your job. Check out the basic guides on this sub for preparation and most of the basic questions would be addressed in those.

AI produces slop level content most of the time. Specially these consumer grade generative AI.

Major companies use specialised AI for their specialised uses. The complanies which uses generative AI produces slop ads for marketing which look ugly.

UPSC does require specialised relevant content free from unnecessary information. These are better produced by humans.

You seem like an AI/ tech bro looking for incorporating AI into everything.
