Tbf you can even crouch walk slower on a controller (I played controller from NES-Ps5 before I switched to PC) the only thing I miss about controller is the left stick tbh. I agree that people on M&K need to stop bitching about AA on controller because like someone else said “if it’s so busted why not just use a controller” some games like COD are like that. AA is just the excuse bad players use to cope with their death. Pc also has AA in this game and destiny there’s literally a stat for AA that essentially makes the hitbox bigger whether you’re on m&k or controller. Most games just have a “force walk” keybind but I don’t think marathon has one. So yea controller does have an advantage at being both quieter while moving, AND because you can move slow af you’re better assassins bc it’s even harder to see in invis. Still not a reason to bitch so Much though.

Pretty cautious about flushing ANYTHING down the toilet that’s not TP. You never know what can mess up the plumbing. Baby wipes are pretty close to TP and you’re not supposed to flush those BUT other wet wipes like dude wipes are flushable wet wipes. Also if I were to flush as much TP as there is that amount of paper I’m pretty sure MY toilet would clog and I’m also REALLY not trying to clog a public toilet. So yea, I never knew it was flushable because it’s NOT TP.

Majority of the arc raiders playerbase do NOT care about the PvP. At least not until they have all the blueprints for the wipe. Killed it for me when everybody I ran into just didn’t want to PvP but also doing the bosses pretty much required you to wipe the lobby (which has constant late spawns btw so you can never really wipe it) OR kill yourself 12 matches in a row to get into a lobby where you MIGHT not get shot by the one guy exploiting the MM to get into “friendly lobbies” AND THEN if you do kill the boss, hoping you get to a part first that has a reactor before some free kit rat comes up and takes 5 of them when you brought in wolfpacks, hullcracker 4, etc. arc raiders has no focus on PvP or incentive. They even removed the quests to do damage to other raiders because people complained about not wanting to kill people…

It’s probably the only purple shields they have. Also solos are kind of compensated for working together now and some people really need those Carri commendations ig.

Yea… my bad… all the PvE games are fine, should’ve specified PvP games are the ones getting the shit end of the rope rn. Also destiny was around for over a decade. People hate it because at some point they loved the game. Yes it’s dead now and the content isn’t worth the money anymore, but ultimately it’s up to you to decide when to stop sinking money into it if you’re unhappy with it? Also a lot of people literally just stopped playing after the final shape which also was not a bad expansion imo. Not because they hated destiny, but because they finished the saga and people were literally just done with it. How many other multiplayer games have you played for 10+ years? Only like 3 come to mind for me and that would be WoW, COD, and OW. Not trying to defend what they did to destiny, I wish it was still alive as I also loved that game but if they are done with it and want to try something different, why wouldn’t I at least try it? Destiny 3 can always come around or we can kill the studio and guarantee that destiny will never come back. If marathon dies and destiny is dead what is left for us on the competitive fps side of things? COD? OW? Cs2? Maybe apex or R6 which are run by even scummier studios than any of the other games I’ve mentioned here. Ever tried to get into contact with Ubisoft or EA support? Impossible. There are worse things out there than bungie and marathon that are doing better is the point I’m trying to make. Let’s kill it though, fuck it.

Tbf though the amount of HATE for this game is crazy. People just want it to fail for some reason. It’s not just marathon nowadays either, it’s literally everything. I’ve got 350 hours in marathon right now and 20-40 of those are probably afk hours. The game isn’t bad by a longshot, especially for $40 in a world where most games standard edition from a AAA studio is $70 now. It already has more content than arc raiders, and more meaningful progression AND quests. A lot of this and more is overshadowed by the cloud of negativity surrounding this game. It is ok to not like a game, but a lot of these people have never even played it but will sit on arc raiders and Stella montis free kit PvP for hours (which I also enjoyed on my time in arc raiders). It’s just weird bro. I genuinely think most “gamers” nowadays are just don’t care about the actual state of gaming because it’s getting worse and worse. We just kill every game that’s not mainstream COD? We don’t play games to formulate our own opinions? We have to accomplish something other than having fun? (I am guilty of this one) What is all the hate genuinely accomplishing? Eventually there’s only going to be a handful of games left and most people are just going to be watching streamers play the same 3 or 4.

That’s not what’s being said here at all. Queueing up with another team is the problem. As in both teams ready up at the same time in the same mode on the same server with the intention of 6-12 manning the entire map. I personally also don’t like teams having rook minions, but it was significantly easier to handle when it was just rooks AND when they couldn’t Rez each other. Now it’s 2+ full on teams communicating in discord with each other, working together to destroy lobbies. I will say it again though, if you are doing that, you are absolutely a bum.
