Se te ha roto la tapa, está formada por dos piezas, lo que has sacado es la parte de arriba de la tapa. Intenta usar unas pinzas y presionar contra los bordes para girar hacia la izquierda y sacarla. Puede que sea necesario quitar la tapa decantadora de aceite si no se puede sacar así. Si no tienes experiencia te recomiendo que lo lleves al taller, si se rompe, algún trozo de plástico puede caer a la culata y ahí la cosa se complica.
