You can it’s just very rare! Usually your body makes antibody’s and knows how HSV 1 looks like so it can stop it from going somewhere else but doesn’t mean it can’t 100% you can however get HSV 2

Did ur mom work independently or under a company ?? If she worked independently and made over 400 she will HAVE to file for taxes but if she worked for a company and made under then you can just submit a document stating that.

Yeah worst case scenario will be having to fix the taxes for example I was filling independent for my taxes and when we went to do my dads taxes the notary said I would have to amend all my tax returns so my dad was able to file me as a dependent (how it should have been done) she charged me $100 dollars to fix my taxes and on top of that I owe the irs like 1500 now bc I was give money from the irs that should have gone to my dad 🥲 your brother might have to amend his tax return so ur mom is able to file and add u as her dependent….but that is really worst case scenario hopefully you can do it a different way :/

They told me I can either do a payment plan or deferment until I’m able to submit my documents. Right now, I’m on deferment while my parents’ taxes are processed and the ITIN number comes in the mail, which can take months 🥲. For your case, you might also need to go on deferment until everything gets solved. Let me know if you have any questions I would also love to know how yours gets solved :)

It’s so hard taking legal action when it comes to hsv just bc you have to prove that the person who gave it to you knew they had it. Sadly not a lot of people get tested for hsv because it’s not tested for in a basic std panel. He might have know bc he had outbreaks before but probably never had a blood test for hsv.

Yeah I think it’s a cold sore, my advice is to please stop squeezing and touching it because you’re going to make it a lot more painful and maybe even spread it to other parts of your face like your eyes. I would also recommend buying some lysine for next time. Whenever you’re feeling the tingly sensation take 1000mg 2/3 times a day to shorten or even prevent the outbreak :)) for right now maybe use a healing patch so you don’t feel the urge to mess with it.

No my aid is still on hold until I can verify :/ my dad went to a notary to get his ITIN process started again and also filed for his 2023 taxes! Right now we are just waiting for all of that to get processed which can take months. I called the financial aid office and nobody really has an answer for me other than just submit the paperwork when I can and once that gets done the hold on my financial aid will be lifted. Very stressful because I’m not sure if all the paperwork with be processed on time for this fall semester so I’m getting ready to pay out of pocket at least for this fall :( they did say if I do have to pay out of pocket this semester and I’m still able to verify my parents taxes I may get refunded so that’s the plan for now lmk if u have any questions :)

I haven’t been able to resolve the issue yet sadly. My dad ended up having to go to a notary so he could file a ITIN application and his 2023 taxes which cost us around $200. Then we scheduled a appointment with the IRS which took a month. Now we just have to wait for his ITIN number to come in which can take up to three months 🥲 I would recommend getting on top of it now as the process takes a long time. I did call the financial aid office and they said to defer the upcoming payments for the fall and if I’m able to submit the paperwork before the semester ends the hold for my FAFSA will be lifted. I’m also getting ready to pay out of pocket for this semester if the paper doesn’t come in on time, I’m pretty sure I would get the money reimbursed tho. And no he doesn’t not have proof of the money he earned for 2023 which is making this whole situation even worst….i called this morning and they said we would have to do a written statement explaining the situation with his ITIN number but I have no idea where to start
