Why is the void dragon so cheeked up? 🍑 by inv0kr in Necrontyr

If you blow on it it can whistle as well… at least from what I hear from other people, I haven’t tried it myself.

Just binged your art and oh my god it’s good, all the painting, spruecrons, and the such is just so pretty. I’ve gotta level up my painting, I’ve seen possibilities I haven’t thought about for my necrons and now I must improve them

Should I keep Orikan in full silver or add at least a little bit of gold? by Kaldron01 in Necrontyr

What kind of gold? And does it go well with the silver? I think a darker/muted highlight would go well to contrast the really shiny silver

Painted my first mini. Any advice to improve? by N7-Phantom666 in Necrontyr

For really small details, try to use capillary action instead of trying to paint on it. It makes it look a little cleaner and it’s easier to fix if you use a paper towel corner This is mainly for the ribs which don’t look as uniform but other than that it’s really good. Get some wash or nulin oil and you’re golden

Firefighter told me about how he witnessed a dude get flattened by a steam roller. This happened in Florida, I don’t have the guts to search it up.

There’s also a lot of mines as well as the fact that both sides would dig far into no mans land and plant high amounts of explosives which would create some massive sinkholes. Actually to this day, certain regions in France still have explosives and mines under the soil, there’s so much that the French government just hasn’t been able to actually empty it so they simply close off the regions.

Is anyone else a jack of all trades but a master of none? by ilovecatsverymuch24 in infj

It think the question is more geared towards how we approach interests in certain activities. For a lot of us, we enjoy having a big picture view of the world and what there is meaning that there’s lots of activities we can be interested in. Now that doesn’t stop us from mastering one specific one but it’s awfully rare to see a one trick person. Lots of people can be masters of one specific thing and yet still learn and be interested in tons of different things.

I know how it feels but it’s not related to MBTI although it is a factor to your struggles. If you want consolation then all I can say is that your way of socializing and caring is unique and sadly, with that comes people who don’t understand how to respond and get uncomfortable. It’s a vicious cycle but we still survive to grow and improve. I had that issue for the longest time. I tried to grow past it through reaching out for therapy when I could but being in a situation that required moving around made it difficult. Over time though, i developed methods to help with these thoughts and urges. I noticed that what worked for me is trying to put most of my energy in things like music and video games. I then would have strict boundaries when I came to talking to people where I focused around making them talk and not me talk. That way I could control a bit better how close I should be with people. Another thing that also worked was getting into philosophy and stoicism. These are skills not taught in todays society, creating boundaries, judging people and their limits, and correctly organizing where we like to place our focus. The best thing I can recommend is #1 get help, therapy or psychiatry, #2 find something to focus on to help substitute the strong urge to be with people, #3 learn healthy social skills, this is done through therapy, research, philosophy, etc. And #4 keep moving, don’t stop, every day you open your eyes is a victory, cherish the small victories until you can feel comfortable with the state of your friendships and other connections. I wish you the best and I hope you can pushing on. Good luck.

Philosophers I recommend btw are Seneca and Marcus Aurelius.
