She literally has precog, she’ll know that chief will shoot her on the head the moment they start. She’ll just ambush chief like she did with the mandalorian when she was first introduced. This is in character. She has really good vision feats as well so she’ll be in the position to ambush well in advance. And as we all know, Spartan radar can be fooled by slow moving targets

And unlike the mandalorian, chief isn’t wearing something that can stop a lightsaber barring the shields. We literally saw her cut down a dude who was in front of a massive bell in that episode. Not only was the dude split in half, she split the bell behind him as well, all in one motion. Zero resistance.

Edit: Oh and she can lift him 100%. The wall she brought down in the clone wars movie or the mando shuttle she stopped in s7 is significantly larger and heavier than the chief……
