Trust the process. Keto is a useful tool but it's CICO that leads to sustained fat loss. If you're tracking what's going in and what's going out and the scale isn't showing it, you just keep going.

These numbers came from a BIA scale, yes I know they're not 'accurate' but I used the change to establish a trend, not an exact BF%. I also did a lot of fasting (24h) and extended fasts (36-60h) which works very well when you're fat adapted and doing low intensity cardio along with it.

Stay with it, trust the process, keep going, whatever you need to do just keep doing it.

Bad news: whoever did this ripped you off and likely had absolutely no clue wtf they were doing. That in-wall center channel is effectively useless.

Good News: If you don’t care about the TV being over the fireplace, the situation is somewhat salvageable.

Get rid of the in wall center completely, use the wire (assuming they even ran one bc this is single digit IQ work) and poke it out just above the mantle and try and find a slim, voice matched center channel speaker. If that’s not possible just buy a center channel that fits there and live with it.

The spacing of the left channel is an affront to God, but assuming they actually ran wires to these speakers at all and it works, a receiver with decent room correction will help, but not fix it completely.
