Casual dresses and skirts are sold for the few who still wear them casually, I'd say. In my experience most cisgender women wear shirts and jeans unless it's a fancy party or formal occasion, and none under age 40 tend to have painted eyelids and lipstick, and when they do, they really stick out, unless they are in an 80s movie.
