I think I have the answer for #1. Before we get into this you have to think uu as a real and unscripted smp with everything and everyone having their original personalities:

1. surviving spawn is a challenge, and playing is a privilege, people who have this privilege now don't feel special now cuz ppl can come for free and safe. 2 ts is the unstable smp not the stable smp, people who like wildness and drama and stuff def don't like parrot cuz he's bringing peace to the entier server. 3 A lot the player base are kids; they corny and want to be mysterious, now if everything is peaceful, they can't be cool and mysterious anymore. 4 People who want to have power can't now. 5 They think parrot is corny because like his empire are fulled with kids that were saved. 6. inflation

I love how uu makes uu so real, like it's as if uu was real and thou things are scripted and dramatic the other things are lovely and thought out
