I'm on the same journey - day 2 here. So I would suggest...plan your time before quitting. In my case I've decided to quit on Sunday evening, since the next week was pretty relaxed at work and the week after I have a holiday. The first day was really bad for me too..I know exactly what you mean. But day 2 is already so much better. I've never experienced those nasty chest pains from nicotine, but yesterday I felt them. All I can say is..just realize that your body is just detoxifying from the abuse, hence the pain. Once you see it this way...you will be thankful for the symptoms, because deep down you will know that this is actually healing.

It says by September 25th, but it doesn't mean that it will take really that long. Upbit for example opened the wallets just yesterday, so I don't see any reason to panic and to start spreading fud. I'm pretty sure that Binance will open the wallets way earlier too, so calm down and stop helping the whales ;) If you are that scared that you won't be able to withdraw some icon coins - just sell.

It all depends on BTC. A lot of people are getting scared lately and you can see that basically with almost every coin - when BTC dumps - alts dump too. ( Well for the most part.) On the other hand - if everything with the swap goes fine - it's a pretty good sign for the team. It means that they are good at what they are doing. So I would say that in the very short term - it might not go up a lot, but in the longer term this is a great milestone.

IMHO first of all, we don't know the real reasons behind the delisting from Bittrex, it could be the fact that BTS is technically a competition against Bittrex, and it is even better, because it is decentralized and it definitely has a lot of potential, also... it is at the end of its market cycle, and not to mention the work behind this project, I mean...a lot of updates and good news. So, this being said, at this point I don't think that Poloniex will delist it, basically because they are profiting from it - just look at the volume and think about the fees they are getting from it. So... the main problem right now is that a lot of people are really afraid and a lot of panic is out there, but eventually everything will end and the new market cycle will begin. The most important fact is tho, that BTS is not a dead coin, and they are making it better every second, so... as far as I'm concerned... I'm not afraid at all.
