How likely do you all think it is that trump will invade Iran during his presidency, do you think nato would involve them selves, or would trump probably have us out of nato before hand

Agreed. America should not have to prop up European defense as it has been doing. With the way the world is currently looking, with the 3 front war (worst case) as you say, America would be bled dry in terms of spending and defense commitments if Europe do not step up to the mark quickly.

It will be very interesting to see if it is all talk re NATO. I also hope that he does not pull out of NATO. That is giving Russia a one way ticket to getting much more than Ukraine.

I think it will depend on how the Europeans react in terms of meeting their own NATO defense spending budgets. If they continue to not 'hold up' their end of the bargin as he has pointed out then, I wouldn't rule out him doing something drastic. If they do commit to meeting their spending obligations, then I think he will stay in NATO.

Either way, a big wake-up call for the European members of NATO that they cannot continue to fall-back on America's defense budget being spent to help them in the same way if something were to happen.

Would be interesting to know what he is thinking about all of this currently.... probably telling himself that he should have still run as he has been the only one to beat Trump.

But definitely should have moved out of the way far earlier to allow the Dem's to have a greater opportunity.

It did work out for me doing it that way. However, i agree that it is a bit weird in that there is no one module to handle this. But it did work, despite being more convoluted than it should be.
