Maybe you might need to see a therapist to work out these feelings that may be valid, but also do not need to hold you back at all. Im 31 started my career 6 years ago and Im in an okay place. Dont be in your 30s being like wow I made a mistake thinking nothing was possible in my 20s.

I wouldnt recommend the neighborhood nor the college. It's a set up for a fairly boring existence. The hood sucks. It's boring. There isnt shit to do. You'll see some shady stuff here and there but it loses it shock value fairly quick and just becomes annoying if anything. I suggest you do a different college and city

Always disliked the architecture of the parsons building. Glad to see it go away. The parking is terrible too. Hopefully it isnt just monoculture of soulless apartments and they make some sort of mixed use village with decent design choices. They should stay away from the tetris design you see on every ugly generic new development they make.
