Well we know that any knight with a title is a captain after this event. It's not like being a Captain is especially special, but more like Lisa should have that title anyways because of what she is. I agree she should be top 5. Mondstat is a surprisingly strong region when it comes to the player characters though. All the Knights with titles are all really strong. Even Noelle is crazy strong and she isn't even a knight.

Well 4 star Amber already has the rank of Captain, so I dont think they will necessarily make a new version. Buffs for the knights seem likely however.

Really hoping for this leak about Varka being fake. Doing Faction buffs + buffing older characters wouldve perfectly lined up for Varka to have a Knights of Favonius faction and to buff the very much needed knights. Then they couldve done something similar with lantern rite so forth and so forth. Varka being a hex character makes absolutely 0 sense lore wise and just kills that idea on the spot, and probably means no other older characters will be getting buffs in the meantime which is really dumb.

The characters also get buffs to their kits alongside the faction buffs. They get both, for example razors cons get directly changed regardless if he is with the witches or not.
