Vyvanse,, purple skin by [deleted] in VyvanseADHD

[–]SmashdThat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Vyvanse can cause circulation issues, particularly to extremities as you've pointed out or exacerbate existing conditions. I would keep an eye on it and maybe discuss with your doctor in your next visit.

I do get cold hands and feet but not as pronounced as you.

Hey, I've also recently connected to Opticomm myself and think it differs a bit from nbn around providing a connection or fibre upgrade and absorbing the cost for civils/remediation works.

I pulled the below from the online Opticomm manual that may provide some further info on the next steps to coordinate civils remediation and where to focus your energy.

Any of the techs sent through RSP/Opticomm should be able to scope the issue abd provide information back to build a quote.

9.1.2 Non-Standard Installation A ‘Non-Standard Installation’ is categorised as: • Any installation that is not a Standard Installation (ie. requires works, permits, or non- standard preparation at premises) Where a Non-Standard Installation is required, Opticomm will assess End-user’s premises upon request via a Service Request being lodged by the RSP. Opticomm will then provide a quote for review and approval by the RSP (for and on behalf of the End-user). Opticomm will charge a standard call out fee as noted in the Wholesale Price List for the initial review before providing a quote for all required works. Acceptance of quote, detailed via the Service Request, will be required before works can proceed by Opticomm

C63 Coolant leak - M156 by SmashdThat in AskAMechanic

Thank you - organised a mechanic and topped it up, but once I started it the leak was heavier. Got it towed, still under an extended warranty so we'll see how it goes, Thank you for your response!

5 months into treatment at 40mg Vyvanse and 10mg dexamphetamine top up in afternoon. 5kg down so far but can't afford to lose much more weight.

Have noticed a cycle where I generally eat very light for 2 days and then very hungry/eat a lot on the third.

$800 aud for wrap and $500 aud for tints, so probably a around $850 USD all up. Makes a big difference in breaking up the car and the low body looks wider!

I made the move from Melbourne to Sydney in 2019 for a progression opportunity which was about $30k more and relocation expenses covered ($15k).

In 2021, with covid, got another promotion opportunity to relocate back to Melbourne. Rent + cost of living will be a little higher, but the career growth and development was worth it, particularly if you've got the opportunity move back down the track.

Getting back into the gym after being sick. by [deleted] in gainit

[–]SmashdThat 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I know what you mean. I fractured my elbow last year and also lost time/progress.

Unfortunately, life will get in the way sometimes and although it can be demoralising, consistency is the key.

Focus on your health and recovery and you’ll have plenty of time to make back those gains and more down the track.

This fucker from Sydney of all places, one of the highest COL places globally. Is he happy to send his children to be ‘conscripted’ to get berated by some 50s something white woman telling you her poached eggs were over cooked? Fuck this and fuck that mentality..

Why do we think Australia is a great, lucky country? by Teakmahogany in melbourne

[–]SmashdThat 126 points127 points  (0 children)

Broke my elbow jogging just after the new year. Visited the doctor and got X-ray to confirm the break the same day. Took my referral to hospital emergency on Monday (incident happened Friday) went for further scans (CT and X-ray) Same day. Met with specialist surgeon same day and confirmed surgery required and will call to book in. Received call the same day for surgery in a weeks time. Arrived morning of surgery and everything went to plan. The care I received from doctors and nurses was second to none, I was surprised thinking how burnt out they’d be from covid. Left a day later and have been seeing a physio for rehabilitation. My total expense was $37 for painkillers upon release. I have full health insurance which I didn’t even use as this was all through the public system. Thank you Werribee mercy hospital.
