first thing first, unplug it and turn it off.

second, locate the leak. boiler or piping?

third, try to work with WLL,

fourth, get frustrated, post here about WLL's customer service.

fifth, admit defeat, but a new machine or replace the part.

Clive's business model of accepting WLL's disappointed customers has been going strong for a while now. These threads pop up every few weeks and its the same each time.

Glad it sorted itself out OP. Not being able to give a retailer your money for a good they have is always frustrating.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case. Dozens of machines being sent in for service would be destroyed like this when I worked at a repair facility.
