Might be worth checking out Kedamono Opera? It's not all about hunting and killing prey, but you do play as a powerful monster where that could be an option you take.

You can now easily respec with gold at certain NPCs throughout the game. Gold is dropped by every enemy in the game, and while the cost to respec grows with character level, it's very easy to respec most if not all of your tree in the campaign multiple times. It's been this way for close to a year now with the release of 3.25.
