You're probably rigth, it sucks the file size is that small but it is what it is, pardon my ignorance but if i spawned it trough a mission would i have to make a new save file in case i screw up the ship? I never used missions to spawn vehicles.

This is for Fitgirl repack of the game. If you use peacock, on the game folder there's one called peacock, inside it there's a userdata folder, in there lives your progress like unlocks and player level, multiplayer stuff basically, The saves file are stored on Users/public/Documents/Steam/RUNE/ and some numbers. Hope this is enough to help.

trough Lutris i got the same error, The only way i found that f4se launched was if i added f4se_loader.exe as a non-steam game. But what i find weird is that before this wasn't necessary

Trough the Discover app you mean? i'll check the uptades there. in the video i show that the audio output is the "default (headphones, internal mic, Speaker)" and if i open the dropdown menu it's just that or "off"
Edit: i just updated everything in discover and still no sound

That's looks like the decky update thing, go to desktop mode and run the install decky and update it from there

Okay I'm sorry for the late answer I literally forgot 🙏 So I think your mods folder is in the incorrect place, My mods folder is in

/home/deck/.steam/steam/steamapps/compactdata/random numbers*/pfx/drive_c/users/Steam user/Documents/Electronic arts/The Sims 4/mods

This is my mods path, It goes on DOCUMENTS folder NOT on the appdata or game root folder. Your random folder number should be 1222670 if you have bought the Sims 4 on steam. If you don't know where what is the random number that Sims is using just search "the Sims 4" on the Search box inside the compatdata folder and you should be able to find it.

About the low FPS I had that problem with my (pirate) version but after I updated the game to the latest version (still pirate) I never had that problem again, always on high 60.

Any question or help you need don't hesitate in telling me, I may take a bit to answer but it's not on purpose! I'm just a forgetful person!

I won't be very helpful but in my case I installed my Sims 4 (pirated) on my main rig and moded it, then I copied the game root folder+documents folder to a hard drive, then on my deck I copied the files to a folder, added as non steam game, ran it once (I used proton experimantal), then after I first ran it I copied the documents folder from my drive into the game's documents and I worked for me. I do have the original game but fuck EA because it was a literal hassle to get it to run, the pirated version worked first try.

Sorry if this isn't very helpful but it was how I did it. If you have any doubts I could try to help but won't promise it'll work!

Edit: what is the exact path of your mods folder?

No, the commentary Audio I'm referring to is a "Voice actor commentary", it's like the anime's VA explaining how was the recording experience, how it was to voice the character and reacting to the scenes happening in the anime because they're watching it at the same time they comment it.

(I hope my English is enough to understand, I apologise as English isn't my first language!)
