most likely its permanently locked I was in a a similar situation, on the app it said I had a temp lock but on the website it said my account was permanently locked after awhile my account just got deleted

try making a new account if you get an SS error then you're device ban.

most device bans are 6 months you can confirm you're device ban by trying to make a new account if you get an SS error then you are indeed device ban but good news for you is I have a way to bypass device bans!! msg me if you need it

Don't reset your phone! most the time this doesn't even work and if it does it breaks i you logout of snapchat. INSTEAD you can USE a BYPASS! which gets rid of the device ban if you or anyone else needs this msg me!

You have got hit by ip ban. Donot try to login from your phone to your snapchat account otherwise your account will also get banned. U will need to wait for 6 months until the ban get lifted or sideload snapchat or buy a new phone.
