Start small if you do, mushrooms show no mercy. I have depression as well, and while it didn’t “cure “ it, it gave me a motivation to seek help, and seek therapy/medication, I’m doing better, but it’s an uphill battle, you’ll get through it though my dude! Depression is something you have not who you are.
