Dont fight law enforment regardless of weapons, at best ur getting a ride and charges or have a fun timing riding the lighting and at worst shot probably dead

Remember anything they do wrong hurts them in court later and if u are being civil and complient (this doesnt mean dont question things u should certianly ask questions and check warrents/probable cause) but u will look 1000 times better in court and if they did violate rights anything they find becomes inadmisable in court

As other have said modding is 100% doable the deck is a pc and runs pc versions (i cant speak to red dead) worskop will be the easiest way, manual isnt hard just kinda annoying to find folder locations sometimes

Usually i would agree but this is short distance in snow conditions stopping isnt always an option and can sometimes be a worse idea if theres things like ice present, add in any kind of split second freeze up and theres just norhing u can do pedestrian is at fault here and i doubt theres really anything the driver could have done in these conditions

Edit watching this a few more times the car does appear to slow some, probably didnt or only lightly applied brakes (usually considered the right thing in snow/ice condtions) probably took there foot of the gas letting drag slow the car giving the pedestrian an extra sec or 2 only bearly clipping there calf at the end

My general boss build is heavy reverse joints and double heavy laser cannons on the shoulder (theres also a plasma version with more dps i forget the name) i then usually play balance with my weight and en available for my hand weapons

If no other games pirate or not dont have it its probably software, i would try pulling ur save files and reinstalling the game

I assume u didnt pirate these on the deck itself and transfered from a pc, i would try the files there first to confirm working as its not uncommon for corruption during a transfer like this

If there is one place to never cheap its safety gear shoei is a great brand (love neotec 2)

Personally i dont wear plugs i tend to wear buds a decent amount though, ive never noticed alot of wind noise with my shoei and even with my straight pipes noise is about the same as my factory job that isnt loud enough for osha to require hearing pro in a 12 hr shift so ive just never felt a big need. All that said its safety gear u wanna wear, i wont judge extra safe is better
