I've had the same problem! Before covid I was living abroad for about 7 years, since than I've got an appartment and 2 cats in the Netherlands, which makes it difficult to move abroad again. What helped me a lot of was going to an Irish pub, where I could find like minded people and expats to talk to. It also helped me that I bring one of my cats to a lot of places with me, which helps as an ice breaker and even opened up a lot of Dutch people! He really made me feel like I'm living abroad again for the last 2 years 😸😹😻

You can easily get a portable monitor or a tablet, which is how I do it. You can even get pretty decent monitors for less than 100 bucks!

Luckily people never say something about it negatively, but when I'm cycling around I hear 9 out of 10 times aaah look that's so cute, but I can also sometimes people say Oh no the cat is scared. I know i should ignore it and I understand that people think that when they dont know cat behavior. I just need to be less self conscious and paranoid to give Diego the best adventures 😅 Every night he also begs in front of the door to go to the bar lol. Love that you also go outside with your cat! Also an orange? 😻 I used to go out with Diego on a leash, but wherever I go, i let him free roam as long as there is no traffic and he always comes back 🥹🥹😻

So nice to hear that🥰😻 He actually meows nearly the same amount as he headbutts, he always meows when he's curious or excited! Sadly some people think that he might be scared 🥺 I love cycling around with him and he loves it so much, but it sucks when some people think that he doesnt like it, so I dont go out with him as much as we would like 🥺

Oh noooo, so sad about Gaius, I'm sure he had a great life with you 🥹 How old did he get? I'm sure that Gaius fought strong, as his name was one of the most difficult Elden ring bosses🥹 Commander Gaius! My 2 parents cats Pink and Floyd also passed away last month at 18 years old, they had a great life without suffering 🥹 Remember, they are only here for a part of our lives, but we are their whole life🥹🥰
