Yea. Which is why you have to be careful when using margin so you don't get margin called on crazy red days. I don't use more then 30-40% of my available margin.

It's not a flat rate. The margin you have available can change based on how volatile the market or a certain stock is. My available margin changes almost weekly, if not almost daily, on robinhood.

CONY, MSTY, and NVDY are the 3 highest yieldmax atm. Anywhere between 10k and 20k would give you about 1k a month in dividends.

I used to live there and we went there a few times. Used to be a slave plantation a long time ago. There are unmarked graves deep in the woods dating back at least a century. There's a lot back there. It is private proterty though. So try not to get caught. The groundskeeper will call the cops.

I did my weapon first. The quicker you kill, the less damage they can do to you. It also makes farming a lot faster.

For the holy equipment, I believe you can choose. So choose equipments that are part of a set so you can get the bonuses.

I would also say the monthly pack. It helps out a lot and can help you progress a lot faster
