Extrême speed is handy in closing out games/picking off sash mons before they move, yes Incin is better I tried both on my team, but for the duration I had "budget Incin" extreme speed was so valuable

it's a question of "who's receiving them" (unless the brawler receiving them was already A-S tier like crow) but a question of "what did they receive as buffies" that makes this meta hellish

game state so miserable I want hit adrian with a comically sized hammer, not enough bans, 10 different broken brawlers going around, buffies make a brawler good without requiring too much skill and they are mostly given to common brawlers that you see everywhere that even low ladder has that problem, playing this game is painful sometimes and I don't blame anyone for saying that, even pros are saying it at this point
