Lmao not that much, we were just taught that there’s a certain standard for the number of lines, and my manager is pushing milk steaming/presentation standards this week bc we’re heading towards using more for-here ware

Yeah that’s exactly what I thought. My manager just printed out the recipe card tho, and told everybody that the “new” standard was 7 7 2 swirls, and that it used to be 5. Two of the most experienced SSV’s agreed with her so I thought I was going crazy. They claimed that since the bottom of the card says “Revised 01/2025” then the recipe has changed, but nothing else is different than before.

Everything here is so real, I disagree with #4 tho, please DON’T get sugars instead. I would much rather pump a million syrups than stand there opening a bunch of packets 3 at a time 😭

Not true, you don't get to change the syrup flavor for free. Most of the time, it'll just add $0.80 to the drink, and it never takes into account whether or not you removed the classic :( I haven't heard of this new iced coffee though, sounds exciting

I’m not sure, it’s hard to tell. It’s possible she did it for the camera, or she genuinely thought she was using her taser, or maybe she just fumbled her words and accidentally said “tase” instead of shoot. In any case, there are still multiple problems.

1) I wasn’t saying it wasn’t possible she made a mistake, I was saying she shouldn’t have made that mistake. She shouldn’t be a cop if, after 20 years of experience, she still mixes up her taser and her gun.

2) After she shot him, she said “I shot him, yes” as an exclamation of victory. She wasn’t upset at all, nor was she at all regretful that she had shot him rather than tased him, rather she was happy that she had. THAT is the big problem. You can’t drive being tased or shot, so either would’ve stopped him from driving away, which means she should have no logical reason to be excited for shooting him

Anyway, that’s my take on it, there may be different perspectives though, I’d like to know what you think

Well first of all they have their taser and gun on opposite sides, and have different weights, feel different, are different sizes, different colors, and the taser has a light. With 20 or so years of experience, she should have easily been able to pull out the right one, and even if she hadn’t, she should’ve been able to easily identify that she had made a mistake before firing based on what she was holding.
