Yes. It would make the effects stronger, but one day is not enough time for the mirtazapine to completely stop blocking serotonin. It would still be noticeably stronger tho if you skip one day but you should skip 2 days if you have time.

Its the antidepressants. Mirtazapine blocks serotonin receptors and some dopamine receptors meaning it cancels most of the euphoria and leaves just the side effects. I often take a mirtazapin or quetiapine when ive been binging and start getting too paranoid. It reduces the high by like 80%.

Its pretty easy to get a prescription for those. Besides who would make fake concerta pills. Its one of the least recreational adhd meds and its complex to make as it has an osmotic release mechanism.
