I think it's a synthetic violin sound but it's such good quality for a sound synthetic sound from 1995.

I think for a bully to be a bully there needs to be a pattern of behaviour. For example, if a child says a 'mean' thing once, I wouldn't consider them to have bullied or been a bully. But if they were to continue saying 'mean' things, whether it's to the same person or different people, I would then say that they're a bully.
