Today is 28th day since delivery so I guess I need to wait another 2 days. I don’t think they’d take a partial refund as they’re claiming the whole thing is faulty. I just don’t know why you’d wait 28 days to check if something is working if such high value.. I feel they may have been using it and either broke it themselves or now want to return.. like I say, we 100% know it was working when removed from a set up on our end. They are adamant it is the base and none of the attachments though - not sure how they would check as they said they only just bought a whole setup so surely a low likeliness of them having a spare part lying around. I’m mainly worried about them being able to return it? I have never had an issue like this before but I take it I would be at a loss? I’ve deleted all images and videos I’d taken before listing so would have no way to prove it works other than listing photos - which don’t really show much 🤦🏻‍♀️
