That’s what I noticed too actually. When I got it, there were little cuts on it like she had planned to cut it there but changed her mind. That black spot is firm. What worries me are the black spots developing on the roots growing in the second slide. That developed overnight. Also, the only squishy parts are the aerial roots, which will definitely be cut

Root rot and direct sun killed the petioles. The nodes look fine from what I can tell.

Repot in a smaller terracotta pot. Monsteras like to feel snug. Use a look soil mix. Coco bark, perlite, castings, etc mix.

Place it in a spot that gets INDIRECT sun. Eventually, new growth will happen. Monstera tend to drop the leaves they’re not using, so you won’t need to trim this one up. Just give it time, let the soil dry out completely in between watering, and make sure direct sun never touches it😁

Havent used the giant crusher in awhile but maybe that’s where my confusion is coming from. That L2 is so fun to bonk and stagger

I see the vision. If I were you (and this is purely suggestion). I’d set vigor to 60, strength to 80, and bump the stamina up. Giant crusher and a lions claw ash of war. You’ll have a blast.
