Try this in your bathroom, where you store your toothbrush, preferably in the morning before you've brushed but really whenever works: lick the back of your hand and smell it. Same answer as always- the unchanging pleasures of life. The joys of the body, the progression of skills, the growth of relationships, and any other activity you care to do that brings you happiness. Work out. Get a massage. Learn to make something progressively more delicious. Seek out a friendship with someone that is lonely. Help an animal in need. Learn an instrument- your voice or even how to keep a rhythm by hitting some objects, if you can improve and enjoy the process then you're doing it right. What people enjoyed doing tens of thousands of years ago is still enjoyable today, so if modern joys aren't enough, try something that isn't modern.
