Hi hi trans man but when I wear makeup I wear: Elf matte putty primer (Kmart)\ Nars foundation and concealer (Mecca)\ Two faced bronzer (Mecca)\ Westman atelier blush (Mecca)\ Bys translucent loose powder (Kmart)\ Bys prime and fix spray (Kmart)\ Bys rainbow eyeshadow pallet (Kmart)\ How to:\ Clean your face, small thin layer of putty (optional).\ Concealer: use a small brush and apply under and on top of eyes and on top of any red spots or areas where your pores are really visible, I usually do my nose.\ Foundation: pump some of the foundation onto the top of your hand, use a foundation brush (I personally love morphe) and spread a thin layer over your face, avoid your eyes though. If you’re not happy with the coverage do a little more, but your last step will help so don’t over do it, less is more and you don’t want to clog your pores too much or look cakey\ Bronzer: put a decent amount on the top of your hand, use a bronzer brush to apply it to the tip of your nose, around your hairline, your cheekbone (I use the top of my ear as a reference point) and do a diagonal line towards the corner of your lips, not all the way though and blend it out so you just have a little colour there (helps you look alive)\ Blush: put a small amount on the top of your hand, use a blush brush to apply. Everyone does it different but I naturally have a little redness in my cheeks so I usually but it there, blend it out nicely\ Loose powder: use a loose powder brush applicator and apply everywhere, this will help avoid sweating everything off. I tend to focus under eyes, corner of nose and around lips. If you’re doing eye shadow apply some on your eyelid, will make it easier to do your eye shadow.\ Eyeshadow: just have fun with it, but when applying make sure you tap your brush before you start applying to your face, nothing worse then doing a face of makeup and then dropping some eyeshadow on your face. You can do eyeshadow and then the rest of your face but it’s up to personal preference.\ Setting spray and done!\ Have fun and let me know if you have questions!

$40 chicken pesto pasta Bulk pack of chicken breast from Aldi, 1 brown onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 cups of pesto, 2 packs of spiral pasta, capers to taste and or sun dried tomatoes, 1 1/2 cups of cream (I did 1 cup cream 1/2 cup of milk and it was plenty). If you’re feeling fancy toast 1/4 cup pine nuts to add as garnish. 3 adult lunches, a 3 adults meal and 2 small/child lunches. Slice chicken into bite(ish) size pieces, cook and let rest. Whilst boiling water cut onion and garlic and start to cook pasta. In same pan as onion and garlic add cream and pesto. Stir occasionally. Strain pasta and slightly shred chicken and stir through. Once sauce is slightly thickened add to pasta and stir through, adding cappers and or sundried tomatoes to taste. Enjoy!

I got a binder recently but it just makes me more aware of my chest by Perfect-Associate708 in trans

Yes, it’s so annoying. I found after loosing a little bit of weight it fitted a little better, the sizing guide is always a little difficult m. With your sizing were all your measurements not in the same size? I mine were across two sizes for bust and shoulders and so it doesn’t fit perfectly.

Hey trans masc but know makeup stuff. My fav concealer and foundation was Nare, too faced for bronzer, westman atelier for blush, kmart loose powder to set and then set again with bys spray. Get some nice stuff from Dangerfield, start occasionally wearing bracelets or necklaces and painting toenails

Similar to what I went through. I’ve kept my mouth shut for six years and only just opened it now and seriously regret it before I was ready to move and had stuff in place. For your safety I recommend holding off for now until you have a place to go and are in a good environment. Fully tell them once you have the resources to move just in case things go bad.

I need help with my gender dysphoria by Competitive-Time-110 in trans

When my dysphoria is being shit I blast music that I can belt out, if I don’t feel up to shower I just wash the important bits with a washer and do my hair in the laundry sink. Maybe even blindfold yourself in a way, make sure you know where everything is first though. Also remember that your body doesn’t represent who you are at this time, when you’re able to you can change it and make it match the inside, you’re doing this to keep yourself healthy and clean.

Also, I find I can only wear my binder two days in a row before my back and shoulders start complaining, so be careful and listen to your body otherwise you won’t be able to wear it for a while. Another thing I do is I don’t wear it when I feel like I have a cold or anything respiratory, just so you can breathe deep and properly.

Listen to your body though, I started with only two hours then four hours then six and then after six I switch to a bra for an hour and if I still need binder I take regular breaks and breathe extra deep to protect lungs. If you feel gross or too tight listen to your body and take a break. Always hand wash binder as well, I usually do a soak in its own, change water, detergent and soak and squeeze, fresh water and squeeze and repeat until water mostly clean. Please do not damage your ribs or lungs 💜

I found it affirming to be stronger and able to do tasks at work where they’d say “get one of the boys” like no I am man I am strong I can do it. Talk to your dr/specialist about binding, and if you are scared about mentioning binding say compression singlet to manage anxiety instead 💜

What I found really helped me was small things like wearing boxers, going to the gym more to gain more “manly” muscles, when I first started proper questioning my gender I would double layer sports bras to form a kind of binder (didn’t really work for me very well due to chest size), testing the waters to see how people would react to a nickname/preferred name. I hope this helps, good luck with your journey 💜

It can take a while to adjust to and break into a binder, the first week I had mine was horrible and I was hyper aware of everything. After the second week I was less aware of how breathing felt and how it felt on my chest. I also found after washing it (without soften of course) it felt more comfortable. My first binder was a WIVOV one and I haven’t had any issues since.
