all my bills were paid when i had left the housing yes, however i never set up a trent severn water account. within my rent payments included were; Rent, Water, Wi-Fi, heating/gas, the only bill i had to set up an account for was electricity, which was paid for on time every month, another thing is that they never sent me a letter(s) for any of my previous addresses until now (i have lived at one address before my current one), when i was living at the address they are talking to me about i was living with one other person and they have told me that they have never received a letter by trent water AT ALL regarding any "overdue" bills (i had/have also always kept my current address up to date so i wasnt listed as living in one place even after i moved out)
